What people ask before they apply.

I've tried coaching before and it didn't stick. Why would this be different?

Because most coaching gives you a plan and expects your life to accommodate it. STABLE is designed in the opposite direction — it studies your actual life, then builds around it. The gate-based structure means we don't pretend progress is happening when it isn't. If a phase is hard, we repeat it. No shame, no starting over.

I travel frequently for work. Can this work for me?

Travel is built into the program architecture. The Adjust phase gate literally requires that your deficit holds across at least one travel event before we move forward. If travel broke every program you've tried, that's precisely the problem STABLE is designed to solve.

Do I need to track macros or follow a meal plan?

Two paths depending on your preference: one is habit-based with no tracking apps, the other uses personalized macros. Neither requires meal prep Sundays, food prison, or eating out of Tupperware. If the plan requires you to be miserable, we're not doing it.

What does a typical week look like as a client?

A weekly Sunday check-in via the coaching app. Proactive outreach from Justin 2–3 times per week — not waiting for you to reach out when you're already struggling. Personal video messages. What happens after 6 months?
